Understand your cover
Your insurance certificate will detail all the optional extras selected, so you can review your cover and find out what’s included. The Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) highlights things such as insured events, claim limits, exclusions, discounts, benefits and information on how our claims process works

Collect the required information
Here are a list of basic information that needs to be provided with your claim.

Details of the incident (this includes what happened, the time/date, and the place it happened)

Any photos you have of the damage or loss

A police report, if you have one (in cases of theft or malicious damage)
